Who We Are

Mission & History

Our mission is simple. We want to empower girls ages 11-18 with true knowledge as we guide them safely through the challenges they will face during their transition from adolescence into adulthood.  We accomplish our mission through our core values.

We have been a vital part of our community for a number of years. We were founded to serve young ladies in our community who are in need of mentoring.  We continue to grow with the help of our donors and volunteers that make our mission possible. Through all these years our purpose still remains the same: share knowledge that influences noble decisions.

The World Is Changing. Our Girls Deserve to Be Ready.

Technology, education, and the workplace are changing rapidly. Yet many young women—particularly those with limited access to opportunity—do not have equal exposure to mentoring, digital literacy, emerging technology, career pathways, scholarship resources, or trusted adults who can help them navigate important life decisions.

K.I.N.D. exists to help close that gap.

We provide a safe, supportive environment where girls can strengthen their confidence, develop leadership skills, explore their future, and gain practical tools for college, careers, and life.
